Shipping Policy
At BooYaa, we want your gear in your hands as quickly and reliably as possible, so you can get back to what matters: playing, winning, and BooYaa-ing. Please read the details below carefully so you know exactly what to expect when you order from us.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 SAST on a Friday will begin processing the following Monday.


You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking details once your parcel is on its way.
During sale periods, new product launches, and the December festive season, processing may take up to 3–5 business days. We'll always communicate any expected delays.


Customs, duties, and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for any charges that may apply before placing your order.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey. If you haven't received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please email us at usa@booyaagolf.com and we'll sort it out.


Delivery Address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We're unable to change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.
We deliver to residential addresses and business addresses.


Failed Deliveries
If you're not available when your parcel arrives, the courier will typically attempt redelivery or leave instructions to collect from a depot or partner branch.
If a parcel is returned to BooYaa Golf after multiple failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at usa@booyaaglobal.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We'll work with the courier and make it right.


In the rare case that your parcel goes missing in transit, please contact us within 14 days of your shipping confirmation so we can lodge an investigation with the courier.

Public Holidays
We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.
