Shipping Policy

At BooYaa, we want your gear in your hands as quickly and reliably as possible, so you can get back to what matters: playing, winning, and BooYaa-ing. Please read the details below carefully so you know exactly what to expect when you order from BooYaa.

Where We Ship From

All U.S. orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Austin, Texas. Shipping to all 50 states, plus Washington, D.C. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI) may take a few extra days.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM [ET/CT/PT] on a Friday will begin processing the following Monday.

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking details once your parcel is on its way.

During sale periods, new product launches, and the holiday season (Thanksgiving through New Year's), processing may take up to 3 to 5 business days. We'll always communicate any expected delays.

Shipping Options and Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the option you select.

Delivery estimates start from the day your order ships, not the day it is placed. Estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed, particularly during peak seasons or severe weather.

We ship with [USPS / UPS / FedEx]. The carrier used for your order will be shown on your shipping confirmation.

Sales Tax

Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Because your order ships from within the United States, there are no customs duties or import fees on domestic orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey. If you haven't received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please email us at usa@booyaaglobal.com and we'll sort it out.

Delivery Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We're unable to change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.

We deliver to residential addresses, business addresses, and P.O. Boxes (Standard Shipping only). [We do / do not] currently ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

Failed Deliveries

If you're not available when your parcel arrives, the carrier will typically leave it in a safe location, attempt redelivery, or leave instructions for pickup at a local access point.

If a parcel is returned to BooYaa Golf USA after multiple failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at usa@booyaaglobal.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We'll work with the carrier and make it right.

In the rare case that your parcel goes missing in transit, please contact us within 14 days of your shipping confirmation so we can open an investigation with the carrier. If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you can't locate it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your mail room first, then get in touch and we'll help.

Holidays

We do not dispatch orders on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.

International Orders

Ordering from outside the United States? Please visit our [South Africa / UK] store for the best shipping rates and delivery times in your region. Any international orders placed through this store are subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
