RULE 01 — DITCH THE SOFTENER
Fabric softener coats the fibers and blocks the wicking that keeps you dry.
Your BooYaa does not need to smell like "Summer Meadow".
RULE 02 — KEEP THE HEAT OFF
Cold wash, 86°F or below. Inside out. Similar colors. Cold water protects the
colors and the prints.
RULE 03 — EASY ON THE SOAP
You need less detergent than you think. Too much leaves residue, and residue
works against the fabric.
RULE 04 — NO BLEACH. NO DRYER SHEETS.
Both damage performance fibers and leave residue behind.
RULE 05 — AIR DRY. IN THE SHADE.
Heat and direct sunlight fade color and break down stretch.
RULE 06 — DON'T COOK THE LOGO
Avoid ironing prints and logos. If you really have to: low heat, inside out.
RULE 07 — DON'T WAIT 18 HOURS
Rinse or wash soon after a sweaty round. Dried sweat works on the dye and the
fibers over time.
RULE 08 — TREAT STAINS GENTLY
Sunscreen happens. Body oil too. Treat stains gently and never scrub the print.
Always check the care label on your garment.
